The Scratch Off (Spot Latex)
The product of the time on the side of screen printing on paper is the "Scratch-Off" (Spot Latex). We apply a thin coat of clear varnish (same visual as latex) or full surface and then we apply selective latex covering prices for your promotions. It is also possible to over-print on the latex.
The print in the location of the latex scratch must be printed very pale, or 40% maximum opacity.
Also, a black circle should be printed on the reverse side of the sheet, at the exact same place then the lot, which will give a full opacity, which will prevent see through latex, which will give security to your work.
Never bend, cut or emboss in the latex. A minimum of 24 hours is required before the pickup of work, to prevent the re-print varnish on the sheets.
The Spot UV Gloss
The spot UV gloss is considered the most "regular" product at Super Lustre. It can be applied directly to a press sheet or on a press sheet that has been laminated. It can also occur in matte, but glossy paper or lamination would be advisable to give a contrast effect.
The Semi-Emboss Spot UV
The semi-emboss spot UV gives an effect of the liveliest on your projects. It creates an embossing effect without embossing the press shhet, which is convenient when the back of your printed has the content you want to keep intact.
Semi-Emboss can also be applied on different types of films. It applies in screen printing process. Some points should be observed to produce this type of varnish, so it is always advisable to contact us before printing.

Need a project that shines, that stands out? The glitters are the solution! The glitters are applied screen printing process. It is not recommended to apply glitters on a large surface.
The effect is much there when it is applied on a smaller surface. The glitters are available in different colors such as colored, silver or gold. It is possible to have accurate colors, but we have to order products. They are applied directly on the board or on the lamination.
Like a Semi-Emboss, you should never cut, bend or emboss on glitter.
The Textured UV
Imagination is limitless for selective UV. When it comes to create dramatic effects, such as imitation leather, tree ecorse or even veins of a hardwood floor, textured selective varnish is the best option. It is also possible to give a sandblasted effect lacquer for a rougher finish.

The "Blister" is an application of a varnish on the full size of a press sheet that can come affix a plastic shell. After the coating dries, the capsule is bonded in place with heat. The minmum size is 13 x 20 and maximum 28 x 40. The minimum thickness is 10 points and the maximum is 40 points.
Note that we apply the varnish only, we do not affix the shell.
Cardboard "blister board" is required to produce a type of varnish application "Blister". This card gives just the right amount of polish into it, allowing good adhesion of the capsule.
The "Skin" is another varnish, in the same vein as the "blister". It is also applied on the full surface of a press sheet. You have to take the cardboard "skin board" to receive an application of "skin".
The porosity of this cardboard can suck air through and molding the plastic film on the product and the cardboard.
The specifications for the thicknesses and sizes are the same as for the application of a "blister" varnish.
